RC Pro Canada - Atlantic Division Print

The RC Pro is a points racing series consisting of divisional groups throughout the US and Canada.  Maritime R/C Racing will be managing the Atltantic Division of RC Pro Canada. 

The 2010 RC Pro Canada Atlantic Division series will consist of a series of four (4) point races.  There will be two races in NB, one in NS and one in PEI.  The series will be a best 3 of 4 where the top point holders for these three races will receive invitations from RC Pro Canada to attend the National race that is planned from September 17-19, 2010 at Action Hobbies in Kingsville Ontario.  The top 3 in each class, at each race will receive a plaque and the overall point holders at the end of the series will receive trophy plates.

SCHEDULE: 

The 2010 series races will be on the following dates at the indicated tracks:

  • June 12th - MRCR Raceway - Dieppe, NB
  • June 26th - Kennetcook Track - Kennetcook, NS
  • July 24th - MRCR Raceway - Dieppe, NB
  • August 7th - Red-Clay Track - Stratford, PEI

POINTS SYSTEM:

The Atltantic division will run a 12 car point system.  For details on how the points are calculated you can review the RC Pro Series - 12 Car Point System on the RC Pro website.

DRIVER NUMBERS:

For the RC Pro Series, it is recommended that each driver has their own driver number.  There is a pre-determined list for Canada.  You can go to the RCPROSITES.COM and pick a free number.  Once you have selected your number, send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and he will confirm and add your name.  The wing plate color for the Atlantic Division is "Light Blue".  Click here for more information to get your wing plates or  you can make your own.  We are going to recommend that each car will have their driver # on it.  This will faciliate the tech process and identification of the vehicles.
